New feature: search customers by external member ID

We added a new way to find customers in Perkville. Businesses can now search using the member ID from the system they use to manage customers and members, such as ABC Fitness, MINDBODY or Daxko.

Previously, teams could search for customers by email address or name. Now, they can also use the external member ID already associated with that customer in their connected system.

How it works

From the Customers page in Perkville, select Filter by External Member ID, enter the member ID, and submit the search. If that ID is available through the connected system, Perkville will display the matching customer record.

For gyms and fitness studios using Perkville as a loyalty and referral platform, this gives staff another quick way to find the right customer. It can be particularly useful for large multi location businesses and franchises where teams regularly work with member IDs across locations and systems.
