We’re excited to announce a new report in Perkville called Points by Customer, now available in your Reports tab. This report gives you a simple way to see how many points each customer has earned and redeemed over a date range.
This report provides a breakdown of your customers’ point activity. You can view total points earned, redeemed, adjusted and expired, along with customer contact information and membership details. You can also filter by date range and locations.
Here’s a link to the full documentation with all the details:
Points by Customer report
1. Identify your most engaged members
Quickly see which customers have earned or redeemed the most points. These are likely your most loyal members who are taking advantage of your loyalty and referral program.
2. Re-engage inactive customers
If you notice customers with a large number of unredeemed points, it might be time to reach out. A reminder email or limited-time reward can encourage them to come back.
3. Track reward program success
Use the data to measure how well your loyalty and referral program is performing. For example, you can monitor if redemptions are increasing after a new promotion or campaign.
4. Analyze earning and redeeming velocity
You can measure how quickly customers are earning and redeeming points to understand engagement patterns and point liability trends. Use the report to calculate median and average earning or redeeming rates per customer.
5. Spot and fix issues early
The report also makes it easier to audit customer activity and catch inconsistencies, such as unusually high manual adjustments that may need review.
To access the report, go to Reports → Points by Customer in your Perkville admin dashboard. From there, you can search, filter, and export your data for deeper analysis.
