Perkville rewards now sync with Mariana Tek in real time

Perkville rewards connected to Mariana Tek are now fulfilled in real time.

Previously, when a member redeemed Perkville points for a reward such as a dollar credit or a free class, there was typically a delay of around 30 minutes before that reward was available in Mariana Tek.

With our updated integration, both dollar credits and service credits, such as a free class, are now sent to Mariana Tek in real time.

A better member experience

For members, the biggest benefit is simple: when they redeem their points, they can use their reward right away.

This is especially helpful when a member wants to redeem points for a reward and immediately apply it toward a purchase or booking. They no longer need to wait for the reward to appear in Mariana Tek.

For fitness studios using Perkville and Mariana Tek together, the update also creates a smoother experience for front desk teams. Staff can help members redeem and use rewards without having to account for a processing delay.

All existing Perkville rewards connected to Mariana Tek have already been transitioned to the new real time process, so no action is required from customers.
