We have partnered with Success Play, a data analytics and marketing automation firm that provides fitness brands with insights to create personalized email, text, and social media campaigns.
Success Play connects with Perkville and membership systems to analyze member behavior and preferences. They then develop personalized campaigns to engage members. For example, if a member suddenly stops attending a fitness class (a leading indicator of churn), they may receive an invitation to participate in a challenge powered by Perkville. The challenge may have a 3X point incentive for regular check ins and/or class attendance. They layer in communications to help members begin the challenge, keep going, and also send a congratulations upon challenge completion.
The partnership between Perkville and Success Play has proven to be effective at increasing member engagement, check-ins, upgrades, re-acquired members, and retention for over 300 fitness clubs across the United States.
