Perkville is partnering with AltaDX to make loyalty, referrals, rewards, and challenges easier for fitness businesses like gyms and studios to deliver inside their branded mobile apps.

Through the AltaDX integration, members can access Perkville directly in the app they already use to book classes, check in, manage their membership, and stay connected with the brand. That includes joining loyalty programs, referring friends, viewing ways to earn points, redeeming rewards, and participating in challenges.

This matters because member engagement drops when the experience is fragmented. When members have to remember a separate login, visit another site, or search for how to refer a friend, participation suffers. Bringing Perkville into the mobile app makes loyalty and referrals more visible, easier to use, and better connected to the member journey.

Chuze Fitness is one example of this approach in action. Their app includes Perkville-powered referrals, rewards, and challenges as part of a broader digital member experience. Cheryl Barnett, Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer at Chuze Fitness, shared that bringing these experiences into the app has made the program more accessible and visible for members, with a meaningful impact on engagement, challenge participation, and referrals.

In-Shape Family Fitness is also moving in this direction with support from AltaDX. Kris Mulkey, Chief Marketing Officer at In-Shape Family Fitness, described the goal clearly: make it easier for members to engage with rewards, challenges, and referrals in one place while creating a more connected digital experience.

For operators, the value is straightforward: fewer barriers for members, less operational friction for teams, and more opportunities to drive engagement inside the app experience members already use.
