Manage Perkville challenges with new filters and sorting

As your team creates more challenges, finding the right one to update can mean scrolling through a very long list.

We’ve redesigned the Challenges page in Perkville to make that work easier. New filtering and sorting options help you narrow the list, while expanded details let you review what each challenge requires right from the list view.

Find the challenge you need. Search by challenge name or ID, or filter by status, type, location, and dates. The date filters let you find challenges that start on or after a chosen date and end on or before another. For businesses with multiple locations, filtering by location helps your team focus on the challenges relevant to the location they manage.

Sort the list to match your task. View challenges alphabetically, by last modified date, or by start date. Date sorting works in either direction, making it easier to return to a challenge your team recently updated or review older challenges.

See what each challenge requires. Each challenge shows its status, schedule, locations, and when it was last modified. Expand View details to see the required activities and quantities, along with rewards and the challenge’s custom URL. For example, you can see that a challenge requires eight check ins and $10 in spending, with 500 points awarded for completion, without opening the editor.
