We recently updated the Challenge Progress by Individual Report to give our business customers a clearer view of how their customers engage with challenges. The new version adds more context around loyalty participation, membership details, and requirement level progress, making the report more useful for teams using Perkville to run their challenges.

What is new

More participant and membership details

The report now includes loyalty program status (whether they have joined the program or not) as well as member ID, membership type, and membership status for businesses with membership features turned on. These additions help operators compare challenge performance across different membership groups and better understand member engagement.

Requirement level progress

Each challenge requirement now appears as its own column, showing exactly how far each participant has progressed. This gives staff a simple way to identify who may need encouragement and which requirements drive the most engagement.

New filtering options

You can now filter the report by a date range of when customers joined the challenge as well as if customers have joined the challenge or not. This makes it easier to analyze how specific groups respond to promotions or seasonal challenges.

Why it matters

Challenges continue to be a driver of engagement especially for businesses in the fitness industry. With these enhancements, operators get clearer insight into what works, how different member groups participate, and how to refine their loyalty and gamification strategies.
