Perkville just released a new Customer Details report that makes it easier to download and analyze individual customer loyalty data.

The report gives businesses data on each customer such as home location, point balance, loyalty program status, membership status, and more. You can reference the Customer Details report documentation to see the full list of fields included in the export.

Retailers like fitness studios, gyms, salons and spas can use it to review customers that haven’t yet joined the program, customers at specific locations where you may be piloting a new promotion as well as recently joined or cancelled members. 

The data is exported in a CSV format for further analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
