787 customers are active in Royal Fitness’ loyalty program that rewards members with free gifts (a T-shirt or water bottle) for the first 50 points earned and money vouchers to use at the gym for 150 points and above.
Royal Fitness has grown its social media presence since integrating with Perkville, and has had 160+ Facebook postings and 130+ tweets about the gym and its classes. Additionally, 382 members recommended the gym resulting in 65 referrals–63% of which signed up to be members for 6 months to a year.
